Inner Demons is a 2023 mystery horror film about a young woman who has terrifying visions after a near-death experience.
The movie was written and directed by Michael Kallio with story ideas by Kevin M. James and Zack Morrissette.
The Darkart Entertainment-Sandaled Kid Productions co-production stars Jessica Moore, Anastasia Washington, Francisco DeCun, Michael Paul King, Stacy Rae Toyon, Brian Lally, Carla Betz, Wilder Brown and Chance Caeden.
Writer-director Michael Kallio has commented: “After a near-death experience, a young woman with a troubled past is tortured by visions and hallucinations as she fears she has brought something back with her from the afterlife. The woman becomes terrified her “inner demons” will take control to the point of no return. Is it too late to save her own soul? An ode to atmospheric creepy horror films Carnival of Souls, Jacobs Ladder with a smidgen of Drag Me to Hell and Evil Dead thrown in.”
