IMAGINE DRAGONS TEAM UP WITH THE VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS

LAS VEGAS (February 20, 2018) – GRAMMY award-winning band Imagine Dragons made a surprise appearance at a Las Vegas Golden Knights game last week in support of their nonprofit organization, the Tyler Robinson Foundation (TRF).

Devoted to strengthening families financially and emotionally as they cope with the tragedy of a pediatric cancer diagnosis by providing grants specifically to offset out-of-pocket life expenses, TRF partnered with the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation to draw awareness for the organization’s mission and raise funds during the Tuesday, Feb. 13 game at T-Mobile Arena.

The Vegas Golden Knights Foundation serves as the primary charitable link between the NHL’s newest team and the Las Vegas community by supporting Las Vegas non-profits that make a difference every day via direct grants and fundraising partnerships. In addition to the in-game fundraiser, TRF and the Golden Knights Foundation recently teamed up for a dual fundraiser during “A Knight with Gatsby” event at Commonwealth in downtown Las Vegas. That fundraiser generated $6,000 for both organizations.
